Natural medicine rooted in ancient ways

My work is firmly rooted in connection and an understanding of the complex systems that affect our individual and collective physical, mental and emotional health & wellbeing. My approach to healing is practical, nonjudgmental and relational.

I bring decades of experience as a practitioner and facilitator and specialize in supporting individuals and groups to cultivate vitality, resilience and a greater capacity to navigate illness, surgery, burnout and the stressors of modern life.

My credentials include a Master’s of Science in Herbal Medicine where I trained with international leaders in herbal safety, efficacy, and Ayurveda. I also hold titles as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Aromatherapist, Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation teacher and Nature Connection Guide. In France, I am a registered Naturopathe.

I am especially passionate about serving those with sensitive & unique nervous systems, helpers, organizers, trauma survivors, chronically ill, neurodivergent and disabled folks, and anyone who has experienced marginalization from systems of oppression.

Testimonials

  • "After more than two decades of choosing my own herbal support and health supplements based on books, articles and courses I’ve taken, I now feel privileged to hand the direction of this to the expert care of Amy Charnay and wish I had done this much earlier. Her guidance has given structure to my wellness care, and has shown me what the priorities are while also really listening and respecting what I want and feel is important. I can truly trust and rely on her guidance for my wellness and I am so much happier and feel so much better as a result."

Ruth Toledo Altschuler, Vancouver, WA, USA

  • "At a time when I was experiencing an incredible amount of inertia, the neuroplasticity and microdosing work I did with Amy helped me to get unstuck in a profoundly liberating way. Almost immediately, I was able to access momentum and move towards goals and callings, as well as reconnect to a source of wise inner knowing that had been previously severed. I am still moving forward with increased awareness, improved relationships with myself and others, and, although this wasn't the goal, was even able to stop taking the pharmaceutical antidepressants I was on for decades. I am extremely grateful to Amy for this life-changing experience."

  • “Amy is a walking testimony of the power of herbs in healing, she definitely walks her talk and she is generous with sharing what she has learned. She is a joy to be around and her passion for her work is contagious.”

    Joyce, Sonoma, California, USA

  • “The best thing about this event was the hands-on activities. It was very well organized, efficient, and informative, providing practical information and remedies to take home. The expertise, creativity, and fun brought by Amy made the experience really enjoyable. I learned so much, especially about making tinctures and understanding how easy it is to create them.”
